Data Collection and Storage
PipeLaunch may collect and store data extracted from LinkedIn, including but not limited to user profiles, job titles, company information, and contact details. This data will be stored securely in Salesforce and will be used for marketing purposes, such as email campaigns and lead generation. By using the extension, you agree to the collection and storage of this data.
Mailing List Subscription
When you install the PipeLaunch Chrome extension, you will be automatically subscribed to our mailing list. You will receive periodic emails from us about our products and services. If you wish to unsubscribe, you must delete the PipeLaunch Chrome extension. By using the extension, you agree to this automatic subscription to our mailing list.
Liability
PipeLaunch does not accept any liability for any breach of LinkedIn's terms and conditions by its users. It is the responsibility of the user to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms and conditions of LinkedIn.
Disclaimer
PipeLaunch makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information obtained through the use of the extension. The extension is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Termination
PipeLaunch may terminate this agreement and revoke your license to use the extension at any time for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the extension and delete it from your computer.
Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any legal action arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be filed in the courts located in Frankfurt, Germany. By using the PipeLaunch Chrome extension, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
